We value your satisfaction and appreciate your feedback. If you are not happy with the quality of our massage services, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
- If you are dissatisfied with your massage session, you may request a redo within 24 hours of your original appointment. There will be no additional charge for the redo session.
- If you are still not satisfied after the redo session, you may request a full refund of the original payment within 7 days of your original appointment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your request and issued to your original payment method.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- If you purchased a gift card or a package deal, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it has not been redeemed or used. After 30 days, gift cards and package deals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
